At The Grocery Outlet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Be in the original packaging.

Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Some items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons, including:

Perishable food items

Opened consumables

Personal care products
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
