Baking Instructions

Keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C) until ready to use. Remove desired number of pieces reseal and return to freezer immediately. Place the frozen dough on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from fridge and keep out for 30-40 mins or until internal temp reaches 44-46°F (7-8°C). Generously apply a layer of olive oil on top of dough. Cover with a damp towel and allow to rise until doubled in size. Aprox 2-4 hours depending on tempature of room. Add desired toppings onto dough. Place in preheated oven at 400°F (200°C)and bake for 16-18 minuets. Oven times and temperatures may vary. These instructions are guidelines only.
