Water, Pea protein*, Canola oil, Refined coconut oil, Casing (sodium alginate, calcium chloride, smoke flavour, guar gum, lactic acid), Flavour, Dried yeast, Rice protein, Chicory root inulin fibre, Yeast extract, Seasoning, Methylcellulose, Salt, Potassium chloride, Vinegar, Concentrated lemon juice, Sugars (apple extract, pomegranate extract), Psyllium husk fibre, Pea fibre, Sunflower lecithin, Beetroot powder, Carrot powder, Vitamins and minerals (niacin [vitamin B3], pyridoxine hydrochloride [vitamin B6], thiamine hydrochloride [vitamin B1], riboflavin [vitamin B2], cyanocobalamin [vitamin B12], calcium pantothenate, zinc gluconate, ferric orthophosphate).



 Pre-heat large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add links and cook and cook for 6-7 minutes turning links frequently.


Pre-heat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Place links on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 7-8 minutes; turning links halfway through.
