Beef Pomegranate Kibbeh 1kg



Bulgur whole wheat, ground beef, onions, water, pomegranate syrup (pomegranate concentrate, sugar, water, citric acid, salt), extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, sea salt, spices herbs. 

Cooking Instructions 

Oven: preheat oven to 400°F. Place Kibbeh on a baking tray in a single layer. Bake on middle rack for 12-16 minutes. Oven times and temperatures may vary. These instructions are guidelines only.
Deep Fry: preheat oil to 360°F. Fry frozen Kibbeh for 5-6 minutes.
Pan Fry: cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
