Oven: preheat oven to 400°F. Place Kibbeh on a baking tray in a single layer. Bake on middle rack for 12-16 minutes. Oven times and temperatures may vary. These instructions are guidelines only.
Deep Fry: preheat oil to 360°F. Fry frozen Kibbeh for 5-6 minutes.
Pan Fry: cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
